THE FOUNDERS

The Studio Next Door was founded by a mother daughter duo who’s always had a passion for creativity. From crafting, content creation & event planning the duo has been working on building this vision for years even if they didn’t know it. The Studio quickly became a passion project as the two noticed that the studio was something that would bring them closer and allow the community to gain such an impacting space for not only them, but their families as well.


Meet, Jaiden!

Jaiden is a new mom, who’s background is in social media & fashion. Jaiden’s main goal with the studio is to “Create a family friendly space where parents can have the flexibility to create content or host an event with their family by their side.”

“The last year of my life has been extremely traumatic and life changing. Not only did my husband and I welcome our son in the world, we also had to learn what it meant to be special needs parents. To be chosen for such a precious task can be a hard pill to swallow at first, but as soon we laid eyes on our miracle it’s as if we knew this journey was meant for us.

Due to our sons Spinabidia and other health issues, I have not been able to go back to work. Physically, mentally, & financially that put a huge burden on all of us. I knew that I needed to come up with something that would be able to provide and allow my son to come with me to work, wherever that may be.

The studio does not only allow me to do that, but it also allows me to take my YEARS of knowledge in content creation and use that to help others bring their visions to life. It’s as if I’ve taken all of my thoughts, dreams and experience and brought it all to life, in the best way possible!

Meet, TORY!

Tory is a wonderful mom of 3, who’s background is in Insurance & event planning. She is a seasoned business owner due to the two agencies she has ran for a total of 9 years combined. Tory’s main goal with the studio is “To bring something new and exciting into the community.”

“As a young working mom of 3 little girls, things weren’t always easy. Being a single parent for a portion of my life I had get pretty creative sometimes. I taught my girls that there was so much more to life (even when we had nothing) if you just used your imagination. 

Thankfully over the years I was blessed with some amazing employers. They allowed me to bring my kids to work when I didn’t have the ability to take them elsewhere. These things along with learning from the best role model a girl could have (my mom) has molded me into the woman and business owner I am today. 

The Studio is a versatile, family friendly space where imagination and creativity are brought to life. Being an Allstate Agent in the community for over a decade, I’ve learned a lot about Jacksonville and its people so creating The Studio was an easy decision. 

It is a place for EVERYONE to enjoy and I am so excited to be sharing it with each and every one of you! “

 FAQs

  • Monday-Friday the studio is open 9am-5pm EST. On the weekends, the studio is open 10am-6pm. Additional hours may be accepted upon request.

  • The studio does not have on-site professionals however, a list of local photographers, videographers and makeup artists has been carefully curated and added to the website!

  • The min. booking time is 15 minutes for a studio tour. From there bookings go from 1 hour up to a full-day at the studio which is 8 hours.

  • The studio is located in the heart of Jacksonville around the corner from the St. Johns river & Timuquana country club.

  • You do not have to be a professional to book the studio! it is welcome to ALL creatives.

  • Furniture in studio can be moved; however it must be put in its rightful place upon leaving. When renting the studio you will have access to all of its props & amenities.

  • The maximum occupancy for the studio is 45 people. When booking for just a studio rental, over 10 people at once is an additional charge. For an event the max is 45.

  • COMING SOON

  • Every event booking will come with tables, linens & chairs. All other studio props are for use as well during your event booking. Event insurance is only required if serving or drinking alcohol in studio.

    If you would prefer the larger furniture to be removed from the studio for your event, you must let the owners know.

  • The studio IS kid friendly! There is a play area for your littles if you choose to bring them!

  • Yes, the studio is pet friendly! We just ask that if your furry friend leaves a mess you clean it up before leaving the studio.

  • The studio includes handicap accessible parking, a ramp & restroom!

  • Yes, the studio door is keyless and when arriving, if owners are not there to let you in, you will be given a one-time code for entry!

  • If anything in studio is damaged OR broken the client must pay for cost of replacement and or repair of the item(s).

    If the client does not pay amount decided by company towards repair or replacement within 72 hours, they will be charged a $100 late fee. If that total amount is not paid 24 hours from then, the client will no longer be able to book the studio until ALL fees are paid.
