INTRODUCING JACKSONVILLES FIRST KID & FAMILY FRIENDLY STUDIO/ EVENT SPACE!
The Studio Next Door is a photography rental studio & event space for all things creative. You do not need to be a professional photographer to book the studio, all you need is a vision! Whether it be for photography, or hosting an event, the studio is your canvas. Due to the studio being founded by 2 working Mothers, the studio is also FAMILY friendly. There is an entire area dedicated to children & babies if they need to come along!

60 minutes @ $100.00
This rental package is $100 per hour for a 1 hour rental. Your booked time will last exactly 1 hour and a late fee will be charged to any booking that goes over allotted time. Weekday and weekend pricing are the same. Children are welcome during any booking.

120 minutes @ $170.00
This rental package is $85 per hour for a 2 hour rental. Your booked time will last exactly 2 hours and a late fee will be charged to any booking that goes over allotted time. Weekday and weekend pricing are the same. Children are welcome during any booking.

120 minutes @ $325.00
This rental package is $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. This booking is for EVENTS only which contains a cleaning fee of $125.
An event is considered to be; Bridal showers, baby showers, birthday party's, gender reveals, celebratory lunches/dinners, holiday parties, corporate parties, and all similar events.
Tables, chairs & linens WILL be provided.
